Follow along as we grow 4 'Golden Goat' plants in our 3'x3' Complete Grow Kit with a PhytoMAX-2 600 from clones through harvest! We start with 4 clones and perform their first transplant.
-
We start topping the plants to encourage them to grow as wide as possible, while keeping the canopy even.
-
We continue topping the plants and transplant them into 1-gallon pots.
-
We continue topping the plants and transplant them into 3-gallon pots.
-
We transplant the plants into 5-gallon pots, perform some final topping, then clean up the bases and defoliate the plants as we flip them into flower.
-
We check back on the plants 2 days and 5 days after defoliation.
-
We check back on the plants 13 days and 21 days into flower, and defoliate them a second time, then put the SCROG netting on.
-
We check back on the plants 27 days into flower, adjust the distribution of colas in the net, and check back again at day 30.
-
We check back on the plants on day 34-44 of flower, and notice some early signs of potential problems.
-
We check back on the plants on day 48-55 of flower after flushing them to correct nutrient burn.
-
We harvest the plants! We tried two different methods of trimming- wet trimming versus dry trimming, and compare the results.
